On-site means our technician comes to your institution. You are not asked to pack and ship a machine that has been levelled and calibrated in place.
The electronics and drive warranty runs to month 6. The Annual Maintenance Contract is available from month 7. That is deliberate: an institution that wants continuous cover has none to arrange for itself.
₹20,000 per year. Optional. The system does not stop working without it, and spare parts remain available for seven years either way.
This is a pre-installation requirement, not something we raise after a fault. Damage caused by an unstabilised or unearthed supply, by surge or by lightning is not covered, and we would rather you know that while you are still planning the lab than discover it during a claim.
Direct phone support in Gujarati, Hindi and English, from people in the same time zone. Remote refresher sessions are available for the life of the system, so a new member of staff is never left with equipment nobody knows how to run.
